Member Agencies

The San Juan Basin is managed by the San Juan Basin Authority (SJBA), which was created in 1971 as a joint powers authority for the purpose of carrying out water resources development of the San Juan Basin.

Members of the SJBA are the Santa Margarita Water District (SMWD) and South Coast Water District (SCWD).
